During my tenure here at Sensible Home Warranty, I have been looking for ways to better the Company. There were no clear paths to take to solve ongoing issues from a financial and also from a consumer services standpoint. I came to realize that going to a BPO would be the best course of action in lifting my Companies stature as one of the top-rated Home Warranty Companies in the United States. Our product is not your usual Telco or Collections account. It is a little more complicated than that. But IPP BPO at Manila was able to pacify all of our fears the moment they went live. Their agents are second to none. They picked up the ins and outs of our business with the intelligence, professionalism, passion, and effort as if it was their own. That is something that cannot be just measured by numbers and that is something that Sensible Home Warranty and I are very thankful for.
